Free Shipping On All Orders No Minimum.

Pupusports.com understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Procession time may take between 1-3 business days.

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time may take 7-15 business days. (some items may require 15-20 business days)

All orders placed through Pupusports.com are eligible for free shipping policy, but please note shipping times may vary for certain countries that are not serviced from any of the major postal carriers (e.g. FedEX, DHL, or UPS).

NOTE

• As we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
• Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
• Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
